Where you and your family can enjoy peaceful lakefront living, not too far from Downtown Houston (30 minutes away). Enjoy sunlit days in the pool or beautiful evenings on a relaxing boat ride (available for rent). The sunrise in the morning is postcard worthy, weather permitting.  This beautiful waterfront property will leave you breathless!

About this space

Bring the whole family to enjoy this resort-like home away from home fully equipped with a whole house water softening system, reverse osmosis on tap, swimming pool, fishing, rent a boat, or just hang out on the patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Sunrises in the backyard are postcard worthy (weather permitting)!

The space

This home is Centrally located on Lake Houston. This home boasts with amenities from gourmet kitchen to your own private oasis in the back yard with lakeview and access. A patio heater is avail for rent ($70), please inquire within. Feel free to bring your fishing poles and swimsuits. There's also a boat rental avail for $750/day or $550/half a day. Please inquire by sending an inquiry.
We also allow weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, etc.  We will require all guests to obtain event insurance, even for a birthday party, which will be worked into the cost of your stay.  Our preferred vendor is Event Insurance - Special Event Insurance - The Event Helper.  The insurance will run between $60-100.  Please inquire if you have any questions. 

NO DJ'S ALLOWED!! No Exceptions!!

Guest access

You will definitely need a vehicle for getting around or you can use Uber or Lift.

Other things to note

Small family gatherings/events are allowed.  You and your guests must keep the noise in the back to a minimum to just voices and low music after 10pm or just bring the conversation inside altogether. If I am notified that you are creating a nuisance to my neighbors I will notify you to reduce to noise, and if you are non-compliant I come back and ask you to leave! Please be courteous to my neighbors!
